The Targeted Individual (TI) program is run by the Federal government involved in using both mind-control and electronic weapons to torture innocent US citizens. TIs are first placed on a government watch list as a “non-investigative person”, after which the torture begins on the unsuspecting target. Most Tis are law-abiding citizens, whistle-blowers, or activists viewed by the government to be a dissident or a threat, possibly having influence on a larger audience. The TI program is similar to a program run by the East German Stasi (Zerzetsung).

The TI program is a managed torture program perpetrated against US citizens. Their Gang Stalking program hires all levels of people including ex-convicts and other low-income persons to carry out this torture on a street level. These Gang Stalkers use a phone application, which contains profiles of TIs broadcast to gang stalkers around the target’s location. These gang stalkers are paid for taking cell phone pictures of these TIs in public, in addition to stalking TIs locally and torturing them with the electronic weapons. Gang Stalkers also use sleep deprivation on their TI victims.

The TI program uses six (6) essential weapons on US citizens that will sound to an outsider as unbelievable technology but have been around for fifty years. These weapons include: directed energy weapons (DEWs), Infrasound, Synthetic Telepathy (otherwise called Voice to Skull Technology, V2K or the Voice of God weapon), Remote Neural Monitoring (RNM), a parasite bio-weapon, and the worst one of all – electronic rape. For some of these, the weapons system relies on electronic implants placed inside the human body acting as the receiver. Also they use nano-technology (smart dust), hydro-gels (maybe placed on a doorknob), bio-engineered foods, etc. to put this tech inside your body so these weapons can be used on targets remotely.

DEWs are using microwave frequencies which are then directed at citizens to torture them. Some targets feel beams of frequencies hitting them, causing them pain and burning no matter where they are. It comes from multiple sources, mostly the 5-G towers, occasionally satellites. DEWs were first show-cased in the 2017 movie “Geostorm”.

Sonic weapons like Infrasound are also used on targets. Infrasound weapons are a type of acoustic weapon that emits very low-frequency sounds, typically in the range of 1-20 Hz, which are inaudible to the human ear. These weapons are designed to cause harm or discomfort to individuals, potentially leading to physical and psychological effects. Targets complain about their bed vibrating and some say it happens to their entire dwelling (house or apartment).

The majority of TIs are women in this program. Most of them experience what they call neuro-rape or electronic rape. Implants are surgically placed inside the victim’s body without their knowledge for the electronic rape to occur. It stimulates the female sexual organs in which they describe being sexually stimulated against their will – sometimes to the point of orgasm and beyond. One woman blocks this placing an iron cast skillet over the groin area.

Mind-control weapons are used in this program on TIs. V2k is used in conjunction with RNM. This latest expansion using the towers started with the Brain Initiative during the Obama Administration. V2K can shoot voices into the frontal lobe of the brain of the target. The first time a voice was transmitted into a skull occurred in 1974 by Dr. Sharp. The V2K technology can also shoot voices into inanimate objects inside the target’s environment, that targets call external voices.

RNM is the ability to tap into the frequencies of the brain to see through the target’s eyes and also hear through the target’s ears. These technologies were displayed in the 1996 movie “Strange Days” with Angela Basset. Using this RNM technology, stalkers can monitor the TI in their environment. They sell access to this show on the dark web or a private website on the internet.

“Parasites” are used as a bio-weapon. They self-replicate and are classified as a nano-technology and are used on targets. Parasites are microscopic and translucent, so they remain unseen to the naked eye. However one can feel them bite and crawl on your skin. These parasites live in cotton and carpets. It’s very common for the condition to persist due to re-infestation of the target’s environment. They actually spread this on the carpets and beds and surrounding areas. A handheld steam cleaner should be used to clean clothes and carpets. Spraying alcohol or hydrogen peroxide may kill some types of parasites. When traveling, be cautious of leaving anything in the hotel room, as your belongings especially clothing — can be dusted with these nano-technology particulates.

Asset stripping is also used on targets, where they loose their job, finances, assets, property. This method is all designed to isolate and control the TI with the hope that TIs will not be able to take care of themselves.

This program can not be exited by the targets voluntarily. Once they’re in the program, they are usually in for life. There are support calls every night for the victims of this program to join posted on tievents.org. A lot of targets are contractors for corporations or federal / state governments – instead of permanent employees. Some TI contractors even have “top-secret” security clearances.

The TIs seek an end to this torture program in addition to justice for our torture —including charging those involved for their participation in these crimes against humanity performed on innocent US and world citizens. We demand justice for our lives and health being destroyed.
